Warranty Policy

Warranty Policy

```
Last updated:
Zorelie stands behind the quality of eligible products purchased directly through Zorelie.co. This Warranty Policy explains our one-year limited product warranty, including what is covered, what is excluded, how to submit a claim, and the remedies available for an approved warranty claim.
This warranty is provided by PureHealthONE LLC, operating under the brand name Zorelie.
```

1. One-Year Limited Warranty Period

```
Eligible Zorelie products are covered by a one-year limited product warranty beginning on the documented delivery date.
The delivery date shown by the applicable shipping carrier will generally be used to determine the beginning of the warranty period. When reliable carrier records are unavailable, Zorelie may use other reasonable proof of delivery.
A warranty claim must be submitted before the one-year warranty period expires. Submitting a claim after the warranty period has ended does not guarantee coverage.
The one-year warranty is separate from Zorelie’s 90-Day Return & Refund Policy.
  • The 90-day return period covers eligible return requests submitted within 90 days of delivery;
  • The one-year limited warranty covers qualifying product defects during the applicable warranty period;
  • The warranty does not extend the 90-day change-of-mind return period;
  • Warranty remedies may differ from return-policy remedies.
```

2. Who Is Covered

```
This limited warranty applies to the original retail purchaser of an eligible product purchased directly from Zorelie.co.
To verify warranty eligibility, Zorelie may require:
  • A valid Zorelie order number;
  • The email address used during checkout;
  • The original purchaser’s name;
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation;
  • Product identification details, model information, or serial number, when applicable.
Products purchased from an unauthorized reseller, third-party marketplace, liquidation seller, private individual, or other website are not covered by this Zorelie warranty unless Zorelie expressly confirms otherwise in writing.
This warranty is generally non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser, except where transferability is required by applicable law.
```

3. What the Warranty Covers

```
Subject to the terms and exclusions in this policy, the warranty covers qualifying defects in materials or workmanship that arise during normal, intended, and reasonable use of the product.
Covered issues may include:
  • A manufacturing defect that prevents the product from functioning as reasonably intended;
  • A structural component that fails during ordinary use because of a verified material or workmanship defect;
  • A mechanical component that fails prematurely under normal operating conditions;
  • A product component that was assembled incorrectly during manufacturing;
  • A missing or defective essential component that was not reasonably identifiable during the initial delivery inspection;
  • Another material defect confirmed by Zorelie after reviewing the available evidence.
Warranty coverage applies only when the product has been used in accordance with the applicable product description, instructions, safety warnings, weight limits, maintenance guidance, and intended purpose.
The existence of visible wear, cosmetic change, or reduced performance does not automatically establish a manufacturing defect. Zorelie will evaluate each claim based on the product, usage history, submitted evidence, and circumstances of the reported issue.
```

4. What the Warranty Does Not Cover

```
This limited warranty does not cover damage, failure, or loss caused by circumstances unrelated to a defect in materials or workmanship.
Excluded circumstances include:
  • Normal wear and tear from regular use;
  • Minor cosmetic changes, scratches, fading, discoloration, or surface wear that do not materially affect product function;
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper handling;
  • Damage caused by use outside the product’s stated purpose or limitations;
  • Failure to follow product instructions, warnings, assembly directions, or maintenance guidance;
  • Improper assembly, installation, adjustment, storage, or cleaning;
  • Use beyond an applicable weight, resistance, frequency, or operating limit;
  • Damage caused by impact, dropping, crushing, collision, fire, water, extreme temperature, or other external force;
  • Accidents, natural disasters, power surges, transportation incidents, or environmental conditions;
  • Unauthorized repairs, alterations, modifications, disassembly, or replacement parts;
  • Commercial, institutional, rental, or unusually intensive use unless the product is expressly marketed for that purpose;
  • Loss, theft, disappearance, or inability to locate the product;
  • Damage occurring during a customer-arranged return shipment because of insufficient packaging;
  • Products with removed, altered, or unreadable identifying labels or serial numbers;
  • Products purchased from an unauthorized third-party seller;
  • Claims submitted after the warranty period expires.
Consumable and Replaceable Components
Consumable, replaceable, or naturally wearing components may not be covered when deterioration results from ordinary use rather than a manufacturing defect.
Examples may include grips, pads, covers, straps, cords, finishes, protective surfaces, batteries, or other components expected to wear over time, depending on the product.
Results and Personal Expectations
The warranty covers qualifying defects in the product. It does not guarantee particular fitness, wellness, comfort, performance, medical, therapeutic, or personal results.
Individual results and experiences may vary based on the product, user, frequency of use, technique, physical condition, and other factors.
```

5. How to Submit a Warranty Claim

```
To initiate a warranty claim, email support@zorelie.co before the one-year warranty period expires.
Please include:
  • Your full name;
  • Your Zorelie order number;
  • The email address used during checkout;
  • The name or model of the affected product;
  • The approximate date the issue began;
  • A clear and detailed description of the issue;
  • Clear photographs or a short video showing the reported defect;
  • A photograph of the complete product;
  • A photograph of the product label, serial number, or identifying information, when available;
  • Any additional information reasonably requested by Zorelie.
Evidence should clearly show the reported issue and should not be edited in a way that misrepresents the product’s condition.
Zorelie generally responds to warranty claim submissions within 1–2 business days.
This response timeframe does not include the time required to obtain additional information, inspect a returned product, complete a technical review, arrange a replacement, or process a refund.
```

6. Warranty Claim Review Process

```
After receiving a claim, Zorelie may:
  • Verify the order and warranty period;
  • Review submitted photographs, videos, and product information;
  • Ask the customer to perform reasonable troubleshooting steps;
  • Request additional images, video, measurements, or information;
  • Ask the customer to stop using the product when continued use may create a safety risk;
  • Require the product or affected component to be returned for inspection;
  • Consult a fulfillment provider, manufacturer, carrier, or technical specialist.
Customers should not continue using a product that appears damaged, unstable, unsafe, or likely to cause additional damage or injury.
Submission of a claim does not automatically establish warranty coverage. Approval depends on verification that the reported issue is covered under this policy.
Zorelie may deny a claim when the available evidence reasonably indicates that the issue resulted from an excluded cause, the warranty period has expired, the order cannot be verified, or the product was not purchased from an authorized source.
```

7. Available Warranty Remedies

```
When a warranty claim is approved, Zorelie may provide one of the following remedies, depending on the product, defect, availability, and circumstances:
  • Troubleshooting or corrective instructions;
  • A replacement component or accessory;
  • Repair of the affected product, when repair service is reasonably available;
  • Replacement with the same product;
  • Replacement with a comparable product when the original product is unavailable;
  • A refund of the eligible purchase price when repair or replacement is not reasonably available;
  • Another remedy agreed to in writing by Zorelie and the customer.
Zorelie will select a reasonable remedy based on the nature of the defect, product availability, cost of repair, shipping requirements, and applicable law.
A replacement product may be new or functionally equivalent. It may differ slightly in packaging, appearance, color, or non-essential design details when the original version is no longer available.
Zorelie will not substitute a materially inferior product without informing the customer.
Refunds approved under this warranty will generally be issued to the original payment method. Additional refund information is available in the Return & Refund Policy and Payment Policy.
```

8. Warranty Return Shipping

```
Approved Claims Within the United States
For an approved warranty claim involving a verified covered defect, Zorelie will cover reasonable standard return shipping when Zorelie requires the product to be returned from an eligible address within the United States.
Zorelie may provide:
  • A prepaid return shipping label;
  • A specified carrier and shipping method;
  • Written reimbursement approval for reasonable standard return shipping;
  • Instructions stating that a physical return is not required.
Customers must follow the written shipping instructions provided by Zorelie.
Zorelie may not reimburse expedited delivery, premium carrier services, insurance, packaging services, or other optional costs purchased without prior written authorization.
Unapproved or Ineligible Claims
When a claim is determined not to be covered by the warranty, the customer may be responsible for return shipping, inspection shipping, reshipment, or other reasonable costs, where permitted by law.
Zorelie will disclose any customer-paid cost before arranging a shipment or service.
Zorelie does not accept packages sent cash on delivery, postage due, or collect on delivery unless expressly authorized in writing.
```

9. Authorized Warranty Return Address

```
When a warranty return has been reviewed and approved, Zorelie may instruct the customer to send the affected item to:
Ontario, CA 91761
United States
Do not send a product to this address without written authorization from Zorelie.
```

10. Warranty Coverage for Replacement Products

```
Unless applicable law requires otherwise, a replacement product or replacement component will remain covered for:
  • The remainder of the original one-year warranty period; or
  • Ninety calendar days from the documented replacement delivery date;
whichever period is longer.
Receiving a replacement does not automatically restart a new one-year warranty period unless Zorelie expressly confirms otherwise in writing.
Replaced products or components may need to be returned to Zorelie and may become the property of Zorelie after a replacement or refund has been issued, where permitted by law.
```

11. International Warranty Coverage

```
Zorelie provides a one-year limited product warranty for eligible products purchased directly from Zorelie.co, subject to this policy.
Zorelie currently accepts and ships online orders primarily to eligible addresses within the United States, as described in the Shipping Policy.
If an eligible product is later taken or transported outside the United States, the limited warranty may remain valid for qualifying product defects. However, warranty service availability, replacement delivery, return labels, customs processing, and shipping support may vary by country.
Unless applicable law or a written Zorelie authorization provides otherwise, customers located outside the United States may be responsible for:
  • Shipping the product to an authorized United States return facility;
  • Customs declarations and import or export documentation;
  • Taxes, duties, brokerage fees, or government charges;
  • Costs of forwarding a replacement from a United States address;
  • Compliance with local transportation and product-import restrictions.
Zorelie does not guarantee direct replacement delivery to a country that is not supported by our current shipping services.
Customers located outside the United States should contact support@zorelie.co before sending a product or incurring shipping expenses.
```

12. Product Safety and Continued Use

```
Stop using a product immediately if it appears broken, unstable, electrically unsafe, structurally compromised, or likely to cause injury or additional property damage.
Do not attempt an unauthorized repair, modification, or disassembly when doing so could create a safety risk or affect warranty eligibility.
Contact Zorelie customer support and provide clear information about the issue. In an emergency or when an injury requires immediate attention, contact the appropriate local emergency or medical service.
Zorelie products are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, physical therapy, or emergency services.
```

13. Fraudulent or Abusive Warranty Claims

```
Zorelie reserves the right to deny claims involving:
  • Materially false or misleading information;
  • Altered or fabricated photographs, videos, receipts, or order records;
  • A product different from the product purchased from Zorelie;
  • Intentional product damage;
  • Repeated misuse of warranty, return, or refund procedures;
  • A claim made for resale, commercial recovery, or another unauthorized purpose.
Zorelie may request additional verification when reasonably necessary to protect customers, prevent fraud, and maintain fair warranty administration.
A claim will not be denied solely because a customer lawfully exercises a consumer protection right.
```

14. Consumer Rights and Legal Limitations

```
This limited warranty gives customers specific legal rights. Customers may also have additional rights that vary by state, territory, province, or country.
Nothing in this Warranty Policy excludes, restricts, or limits a legal right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or waived.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, this warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, component replacement, refund, or other remedy described in this policy.
Zorelie is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising solely from a product defect, including lost income, missed appointments, loss of use, travel costs, or replacement equipment costs, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations of implied warranties or incidental or consequential damages. In those jurisdictions, some of the limitations above may not apply.
Any implied warranty that cannot legally be excluded is limited to the shortest duration permitted by applicable law.
```

15. No Medical or Fitness Outcome Warranty

```
Zorelie warrants eligible products against qualifying material and workmanship defects. Zorelie does not warrant or guarantee:
  • A particular health, fitness, mobility, posture, pain-relief, rehabilitation, or wellness result;
  • That a product is suitable for every individual;
  • That use of a product will prevent, treat, diagnose, or cure a medical condition;
  • That individual results will match advertising examples, testimonials, or another customer’s experience.
Customers should review product instructions and consult an appropriate qualified professional before beginning a new exercise or wellness routine when they have a health condition, injury, mobility limitation, or other concern.
```

16. Changes to This Warranty Policy

```
Zorelie may update this Warranty Policy to reflect changes in products, manufacturing arrangements, customer service procedures, legal requirements, or business operations.
The warranty terms that generally apply to a product are the terms published when the product was purchased, unless:
  • A later version provides more favorable coverage;
  • The customer and Zorelie agree otherwise in writing;
  • A change is required by applicable law.
The “Last updated” date at the top of this page identifies the most recent revision.
