Terms of Service
```Last updated:
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Zorelie.co, including the purchase of products, use of website features, submission of reviews, communication with customer support, and use of any related services that link to these Terms.
Zorelie is a brand operated by PureHealthONE LLC, an online retail business based in the United States. In these Terms, “Zorelie,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to PureHealthONE LLC and the Zorelie brand, as applicable.
By visiting our website, creating an account, submitting an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies incorporated by reference.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the website or submit an order.
```1. Eligibility
```You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account or place an order through Zorelie.co.
If you use the website on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on behalf of that entity.
By submitting an order, you represent that:
- You are legally capable of entering into a binding transaction;
- The information you provide is accurate and complete;
- You are authorized to use the selected payment method;
- Your purchase and use of the product will comply with applicable law;
- You are purchasing for lawful personal or business purposes.
2. Use of the Website
```Zorelie grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the website for lawful shopping, product research, customer support, and personal account-management purposes.
This license does not transfer ownership of the website, content, software, trademarks, product images, or other intellectual property.
You are responsible for providing the device, internet connection, browser, software, and other equipment required to access the website.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue a website feature when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, product changes, or business operations.
We do not guarantee that every feature will be available at all times or on every device, browser, or location.
```3. Customer Accounts
```Certain website features may allow or require you to create a customer account.
When creating or using an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and current information;
- Keep your login credentials confidential;
- Use reasonable security measures to protect your account;
- Notify Zorelie promptly of suspected unauthorized access;
- Accept responsibility for activity conducted through your account, except where caused by Zorelie or otherwise provided by law.
You may not create an account using another person’s identity or access another customer’s account without authorization.
Zorelie may suspend or restrict an account when reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, unauthorized activity, security concerns, policy violations, or legal requirements.
```4. Product Information
```We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product names, descriptions, specifications, dimensions, colors, prices, availability, instructions, and images.
Actual product appearance may vary slightly due to:
- Screen and device display settings;
- Lighting and photography conditions;
- Manufacturing tolerances;
- Product improvements or packaging updates;
- Differences that do not materially affect the product’s intended function.
Product images are intended to represent the applicable product but may include demonstration settings, props, accessories, models, or surrounding items that are not included unless expressly stated.
Customers should review the product page, included-items information, dimensions, compatibility requirements, safety warnings, and usage instructions before purchasing.
If a product received is materially different from the product ordered, contact support@zorelie.co under our Return & Refund Policy.
```5. Product Availability
```Product availability may change without notice and is not guaranteed until an order has been accepted for fulfillment.
A product appearing on the website does not necessarily mean that unlimited inventory is available.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order is submitted, Zorelie may:
- Contact the customer with an updated availability estimate;
- Offer an appropriate alternative with the customer’s agreement;
- Cancel the affected product;
- Refund any successfully collected amount for the canceled product.
Zorelie will not replace an unavailable product with a materially different product without informing the customer and obtaining any required approval.
```6. Health, Fitness, and Wellness Disclaimer
```Zorelie products may include equipment or accessories intended to support fitness, mobility, posture awareness, stretching, exercise, recovery routines, or general wellness.
Zorelie is not a healthcare provider, medical practice, rehabilitation clinic, physical therapy provider, or emergency service.
Information available through the website, product packaging, downloadable materials, videos, advertisements, emails, or customer support is provided for general educational and product-use purposes. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
Individual experiences and results may vary. Zorelie does not guarantee that a product will:
- Diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent a disease or medical condition;
- Eliminate pain or discomfort;
- Produce a specific fitness, mobility, posture, strength, or wellness result;
- Be appropriate for every person or medical circumstance;
- Replace professional treatment, rehabilitation, or medical equipment.
Consult a qualified healthcare professional before using a new exercise or wellness product if you:
- Have an injury, medical condition, disability, or mobility limitation;
- Are pregnant or recently gave birth;
- Have undergone surgery or are receiving rehabilitation;
- Experience unexplained pain, dizziness, weakness, numbness, or shortness of breath;
- Are unsure whether a product or exercise is appropriate for you.
Stop using a product immediately if you experience pain, instability, dizziness, loss of balance, unusual discomfort, equipment failure, or another safety concern.
In a medical emergency, contact the appropriate emergency service without waiting for a response from Zorelie.
```7. Safe and Intended Product Use
```You are responsible for reviewing and following all instructions, warnings, limitations, weight capacities, assembly requirements, maintenance guidance, and safety information supplied with a product.
Before each use, inspect the product for visible damage, loose parts, instability, wear, or other conditions that may make continued use unsafe.
Do not:
- Use a damaged, incomplete, or unstable product;
- Exceed a stated weight, resistance, or usage limit;
- Use a product for a purpose for which it was not designed;
- Make unauthorized structural or mechanical modifications;
- Allow a child to use equipment without appropriate adult supervision;
- Continue using a product after identifying a safety-related defect.
Product misuse may result in injury, property damage, reduced performance, or loss of return or warranty eligibility, subject to applicable law.
```8. Orders and Contract Formation
```When you submit an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products under these Terms and the information presented during checkout.
An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. It does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted, paid, fulfilled, or shipped.
An order may remain subject to:
- Payment authorization;
- Fraud-prevention screening;
- Inventory verification;
- Address and shipping eligibility;
- Review of material pricing or technical errors;
- Compliance with these Terms and applicable law.
An order is generally accepted when Zorelie begins fulfillment or sends a shipment confirmation, unless another acceptance point is clearly stated during checkout.
Zorelie may decline or cancel an order before fulfillment when:
- Payment cannot be authorized;
- Inventory is unavailable;
- The delivery destination cannot be serviced;
- The order appears unauthorized, fraudulent, or abusive;
- A material pricing, description, or technical error occurred;
- The order violates applicable law or these Terms.
If Zorelie cancels an order after collecting payment, the amount associated with the canceled products will be submitted for refund to the original payment method.
```9. Order Limits and Resale
```Zorelie may apply reasonable purchase limits based on inventory, product type, order activity, fraud prevention, promotion terms, or operational capacity.
Products are generally offered for end-user purchase. You may not use automated systems, false identities, coordinated accounts, or other deceptive methods to bypass purchase limits.
Commercial resale is not authorized unless Zorelie provides written approval.
Zorelie may cancel orders that reasonably appear intended for unauthorized resale, market manipulation, promotion abuse, or unlawful distribution.
```10. Pricing, Discounts, and Promotions
```Product prices are displayed on the applicable product page and during checkout.
Before submitting an order, customers will have an opportunity to review:
- Selected products and quantities;
- Product prices;
- Applicable discounts;
- Shipping charges, if any;
- Applicable taxes;
- The final order total.
Promotions may be subject to:
- Start and end dates;
- Product or order-value requirements;
- Quantity restrictions;
- Geographic limitations;
- Single-use or customer eligibility rules;
- Non-combination with other offers.
Any material restriction will be disclosed with the promotion or before checkout is completed.
Promotional prices and discounts have no cash value and cannot be applied retroactively unless Zorelie agrees otherwise.
Zorelie does not use an advertised countdown, stock notice, discount, original price, or promotional deadline to create a false or misleading impression of urgency.
```11. Pricing and Technical Errors
```Although we make reasonable efforts to present accurate information, typographical, technical, synchronization, or configuration errors may occur.
If a material error is discovered before fulfillment, Zorelie may:
- Contact the customer to explain the error;
- Request confirmation at the corrected price;
- Cancel the affected product or order;
- Refund any amount collected for a canceled item.
Zorelie will not charge a higher corrected amount without any authorization required from the customer.
A clearly erroneous price does not require Zorelie to fulfill an order at that price when the error is identified before fulfillment and handled fairly.
```12. Payments
```Zorelie accepts the payment methods actually displayed during checkout.
By submitting payment, you represent that:
- You are authorized to use the selected payment method;
- The billing information is accurate;
- You authorize submission of the displayed order total;
- The transaction is not fraudulent or unlawful.
Payments may be processed by independent payment service providers under their own terms and privacy notices.
Additional information about authorization, pending charges, refunds, declined transactions, currency, and payment disputes is available in the Payment Policy.
```13. Taxes
```Applicable sales tax may be calculated during checkout based on the delivery address, product category, transaction details, and applicable legal requirements.
When tax is collected, the amount will be shown before the order is submitted.
Customers are responsible for any tax obligation that applicable law requires them to pay directly and that Zorelie is not required to collect.
```14. Shipping and Delivery
```Zorelie currently ships eligible online orders to supported addresses within the United States.
Standard order timeframes are generally:
- Processing: 1–3 business days;
- Estimated transit: 5–12 business days;
- Estimated total timeframe: approximately 6–15 business days from the order date.
These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Zorelie offers free standard shipping on eligible United States orders. Any optional paid shipping service will be clearly displayed before checkout.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Detailed shipping, tracking, delay, address, split-shipment, and missing-package terms are provided in the Shipping Policy.
Customers may review available shipment information through our Track Your Order page.
```15. Delivery Issues and Transfer of Risk
```Risk relating to a product will transfer only to the extent permitted by applicable law and the terms of the applicable shipping arrangement.
A carrier delivery scan may be considered evidence of delivery to the address supplied during checkout but does not prevent a customer from reporting a legitimate delivery issue.
If a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, customers should promptly:
- Confirm the shipping address;
- Check entrances, mailrooms, parcel lockers, and secure areas;
- Ask household members, neighbors, or building staff;
- Contact the shipping carrier;
- Notify Zorelie customer support.
Replacement or refund eligibility will depend on tracking records, carrier findings, available evidence, applicable law, and our published policies.
```16. 90-Day Returns and Refunds
```Eligible products purchased directly from Zorelie.co may be returned within 90 calendar days from the documented delivery date, subject to the conditions of our Return & Refund Policy.
Customers must obtain written return instructions before sending a product.
Return eligibility may depend on:
- The date the request is submitted;
- The reason for the return;
- The condition of the product;
- Whether all required components are included;
- Compliance with the authorized return instructions;
- Whether an exclusion stated in the Return & Refund Policy applies.
Approved refunds are generally submitted to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. Financial institutions may require additional posting time.
The phrase “90-Day Risk-Free Trial” refers to the opportunity to request an eligible return under the published policy. It does not mean that every request is automatically approved without review or that the customer may retain both the product and the refunded purchase amount.
```17. One-Year Limited Warranty
```Eligible Zorelie products are covered by a one-year limited warranty against qualifying defects in materials or workmanship, beginning on the documented delivery date.
Warranty coverage does not generally include:
- Normal wear and tear;
- Misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidents;
- Improper assembly, maintenance, or storage;
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications;
- Damage unrelated to materials or workmanship;
- Personal dissatisfaction or failure to achieve a particular result.
Full warranty coverage, exclusions, remedies, return procedures, and international-service limitations are stated in the Warranty Policy.
The one-year limited warranty is separate from the 90-day return period and does not extend the change-of-mind return window.
```18. Product, Return, and Warranty Claims
```Zorelie may request reasonable documentation to review a shipping, return, payment, product, or warranty claim.
Requested information may include:
- The Zorelie order number;
- The email address used at checkout;
- Product and packaging photographs;
- A short video demonstrating the reported issue;
- The shipping label or tracking information;
- Product labels, model details, or serial numbers;
- Other information reasonably relevant to the claim.
Evidence must not be materially altered, fabricated, or presented in a misleading way.
Submission of a claim does not automatically establish eligibility for a refund, replacement, or warranty remedy.
```19. Product Return Authorization
```Customers must obtain written authorization before sending a return.
When an approved claim requires return to the currently designated facility, Zorelie may provide the following address:
YCMY-011495 E Locust St
Ontario, CA 91761
United States
Postal Code: 91761
Telephone: +1 (626) 242-3347
This location is a return-processing facility and not Zorelie’s customer service office or retail store.
The return address may vary by product, claim type, warehouse assignment, or operational requirement. Customers must use the exact address included in their written return instructions.
The telephone number listed for the return facility is provided for carrier and delivery-reference purposes. Customer support questions should be directed to Zorelie using the contact information at the end of these Terms.
Do not send products to the Zorelie business mailing address or return facility without written authorization.
```20. Reviews, Feedback, and User Content
```You may be able to submit reviews, photographs, videos, comments, survey responses, testimonials, questions, suggestions, or other content.
You retain ownership of content you create. By voluntarily submitting content to Zorelie for publication or promotional use, you grant Zorelie a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, display, distribute, and use that content for operating, improving, and promoting Zorelie, subject to applicable law and privacy choices.
This license does not permit Zorelie to materially alter your review in a way that misrepresents your genuine opinion or experience.
You represent that submitted content:
- Reflects your genuine experience or opinion;
- Does not contain materially false or misleading claims;
- Does not infringe another party’s rights;
- Does not contain unlawful, threatening, harassing, or defamatory material;
- Does not contain malicious software or harmful code;
- Does not disclose another person’s private information without permission;
- Complies with applicable disclosure requirements for incentives or material relationships.
Zorelie may moderate or decline to publish content that violates these Terms, but will not suppress a genuine negative review solely because it is unfavorable.
Zorelie may identify a review as incentivized, verified, imported, or otherwise qualified when appropriate for transparency.
```21. Intellectual Property
```The website and its original content are owned by or licensed to Zorelie and may be protected by copyright, trademark, trade dress, patent, database, and other intellectual property laws.
Protected materials may include:
- The Zorelie name and branding;
- Logos and design elements;
- Product photography and videos;
- Product descriptions and website copy;
- Graphics, icons, layouts, and interfaces;
- Downloads, guides, and educational materials;
- Website software and source code;
- Other original content.
You may not reproduce, republish, sell, license, scrape, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit protected content without written authorization, except where permitted by law.
Product names, company names, trademarks, and logos belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners.
```22. Copyright and Intellectual Property Complaints
```If you believe content on Zorelie.co infringes your intellectual property rights, email support@zorelie.co with:
- Your name and contact information;
- Identification of the protected work;
- Identification and location of the allegedly infringing content;
- A statement explaining your ownership or authority;
- A good-faith statement that the use is not authorized;
- Any additional statement or signature required by applicable law.
Zorelie may request additional information before acting on a complaint.
```23. Prohibited Conduct
```You may not use the website or services to:
- Violate applicable law or another person’s rights;
- Submit fraudulent, unauthorized, or deceptive transactions;
- Use stolen payment credentials or false identity information;
- Interfere with website security or operation;
- Introduce viruses, malware, harmful code, or automated attacks;
- Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data;
- Scrape or harvest information through unauthorized automated means;
- Impersonate Zorelie, an employee, a customer, or another person;
- Submit fabricated reviews, claims, photographs, videos, or documents;
- Abuse promotions, returns, refunds, warranties, or payment disputes;
- Use the website for unlawful resale or deceptive commercial activity;
- Copy or commercially exploit protected Zorelie content without authorization;
- Engage in activity that places an unreasonable burden on the website.
24. Third-Party Services and Links
```Zorelie may use or link to independently operated services, including:
- Payment processors;
- Shipping carriers and tracking providers;
- eCommerce and website technology providers;
- Review and customer-support platforms;
- Analytics and advertising providers;
- Social media networks;
- Installment-payment providers, where available.
These services may be subject to their own terms, privacy policies, eligibility rules, and operating practices.
Zorelie does not control every third-party service and is not responsible for independent content, security, availability, or decisions outside Zorelie’s reasonable control.
Nothing in this section limits Zorelie’s responsibility for its own actions or obligations under applicable law.
```25. Privacy and Cookies
```Our collection and processing of personal information are described in the Privacy Policy.
Information about cookies, pixels, analytics tools, advertising technologies, and preference controls is available on the Cookie Preferences page.
Eligible consumers may submit applicable sale, sharing, or targeted-advertising opt-out requests through:
```26. Electronic Communications
```By using our website or providing an email address or telephone number, you agree that Zorelie may send communications reasonably necessary to administer your interaction.
Transactional communications may include:
- Order and payment confirmations;
- Shipping and tracking notices;
- Delivery or address questions;
- Return, refund, and warranty communications;
- Account and security notices;
- Responses to customer support requests.
Marketing communications will be sent according to applicable consent and opt-out requirements.
You may unsubscribe from promotional email through the unsubscribe link included in the message. Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent necessary transactional communications.
```27. Suspension and Termination
```You may stop using the website at any time.
Zorelie may suspend or terminate access to an account or website feature when reasonably necessary because of:
- A material violation of these Terms;
- Fraud, abuse, or unauthorized activity;
- A security risk;
- Legal or regulatory requirements;
- Repeated interference with website operation;
- Protection of customers, Zorelie, or third parties.
Suspension or termination does not eliminate obligations arising from previously submitted orders, payment disputes, returns, refunds, intellectual property violations, or other matters that reasonably survive termination.
```28. Service and Product Disclaimers
```To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the website and services are provided on an “as available” basis.
Zorelie does not guarantee that:
- The website will operate without interruption or error;
- Every product will remain available;
- Every estimated delivery date will be met;
- Every website feature will work on every device;
- Website content will always be free from minor technical or typographical errors;
- A product will produce a particular personal, medical, fitness, or wellness result.
This section does not replace or reduce the express one-year limited warranty described in the Warranty Policy.
To the extent permitted by law, any implied warranties are limited to the duration required by applicable law. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so part of this limitation may not apply to you.
```29. Limitation of Liability
```To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zorelie will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or products.
Examples may include loss of income, business interruption, loss of data, missed appointments, travel expenses, or the cost of substitute equipment.
Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, Zorelie’s total liability arising from a particular product transaction will not exceed the amount paid to Zorelie for the product giving rise to the claim, except where a different remedy is required by law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability where applicable for:
- Fraud or intentional misconduct;
- Gross negligence;
- Death or personal injury caused by legally actionable negligence;
- Violation of non-waivable consumer rights;
- Any other liability that applicable law prohibits us from limiting.
Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations of liability. In those jurisdictions, these limitations apply only to the maximum extent permitted.
```30. Responsibility for Misuse
```To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, or reasonable costs resulting from:
- Your unlawful use of the website;
- Your material violation of these Terms;
- Your infringement of another party’s rights;
- Fraudulent or intentionally misleading content you submit;
- Your unauthorized resale or commercial exploitation of Zorelie content.
This provision does not require a consumer to indemnify Zorelie for Zorelie’s own negligence, unlawful conduct, breach of contract, defective products, or violation of consumer protection law.
```31. Events Outside Reasonable Control
```Zorelie will not be responsible for a delay or failure caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including:
- Natural disasters or severe weather;
- Fire, flood, epidemic, or public emergency;
- Carrier or transportation disruptions;
- Labor disputes or government restrictions;
- Internet, utility, platform, or payment-network outages;
- Cyberattacks despite reasonable safeguards;
- Supplier or fulfillment interruptions outside reasonable control.
Zorelie will make reasonable efforts to reduce disruption, communicate material delays, and fulfill or refund affected orders as appropriate.
```32. Informal Dispute Resolution
```Before filing a formal legal claim, you and Zorelie agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally, except where immediate legal action is reasonably necessary or this requirement is prohibited by law.
To start the informal process, send a written notice to support@zorelie.co containing:
- Your full name and contact information;
- Your order number, when applicable;
- A description of the dispute;
- The resolution you are requesting;
- Relevant supporting information.
Zorelie will make a reasonable effort to review and respond during normal business operations.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from:
- Using an eligible small claims court;
- Seeking urgent injunctive relief;
- Submitting a lawful regulatory complaint;
- Exercising a non-waivable consumer right;
- Filing a claim before an applicable limitation period expires.
These Terms do not require mandatory arbitration and do not contain a class-action waiver.
```33. Governing Law and Venue
```These Terms and disputes relating to Zorelie will be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
This choice of law does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protections available under the law of the consumer’s state of residence.
Subject to applicable consumer rights and jurisdictional requirements, legal proceedings that are not eligible for or filed in small claims court may be brought in a state or federal court with lawful jurisdiction over PureHealthONE LLC.
Nothing in these Terms creates jurisdiction in a court that would not otherwise have lawful jurisdiction.
```34. Time Limits for Claims
```Any legal claim must be brought within the applicable limitation period established by law.
These Terms do not shorten a legally required limitation period or require a consumer to waive a non-waivable right.
```35. Severability
```If a provision of these Terms is found unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted or severed when necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue in effect unless doing so would materially defeat the lawful purpose of the agreement.
```36. No Waiver
```A delay or failure by Zorelie to enforce a provision does not permanently waive the right to enforce that provision or another provision later.
A waiver is effective only when clearly stated by an authorized representative and applies only to the specific matter identified.
```37. Assignment
```You may not transfer your contractual rights or obligations under these Terms to another person without Zorelie’s written consent, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Zorelie may transfer these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, financing, corporate restructuring, or transfer of the Zorelie business, provided the transfer does not unlawfully reduce existing consumer rights.
```38. Entire Agreement and Policy Priority
```These Terms, together with the policies and transaction details presented during checkout, constitute the agreement between you and Zorelie concerning the relevant use or purchase.
Incorporated policies include:
- Shipping Policy
- Return & Refund Policy
- Warranty Policy
- Payment Policy
- Privacy Policy
- Cookie Preferences
If a product page, promotion, checkout disclosure, or written customer service agreement provides a customer with more favorable specific terms, those specific terms will control for the applicable transaction to the extent of the conflict.
Mandatory consumer protection law will control over any conflicting contractual provision.
```39. Changes to These Terms
```Zorelie may update these Terms to reflect changes in:
- Products and website functionality;
- Payment, fulfillment, or customer support operations;
- Business practices;
- Legal and regulatory requirements;
- Security and fraud-prevention procedures.
The “Last updated” date at the top of this page identifies the most recent revision.
Material changes will apply prospectively unless applicable law permits or requires otherwise.
The terms applicable to an order will generally be the terms presented when the order was submitted, unless:
- A later version gives the customer more favorable rights;
- The customer and Zorelie agree otherwise;
- A change is required by law.
