Payment Policy

Payment Policy

```
Last updated:
This Payment Policy explains the payment, billing, authorization, pricing, refund, and transaction-security practices that apply to eligible purchases made through Zorelie.co.
Zorelie is operated by PureHealthONE LLC, an online retail business based in the United States.
By submitting an order through Zorelie.co, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and agree to the payment terms described below.
```

1. Accepted Payment Methods

```
Zorelie accepts the payment methods displayed as available during the checkout process.
Available payment methods may vary depending on:
  • The customer’s location;
  • The device or browser used;
  • The order value;
  • The transaction currency;
  • The selected payment provider;
  • Payment-provider availability or eligibility requirements.
The payment options shown at checkout are the payment options available for that transaction. A payment method appearing in advertising, a screenshot, or an earlier checkout session may not always be available for every order.
Zorelie does not require customers to pay by cash, check, money order, bank wire, cryptocurrency, cash on delivery, or another offline method unless that option is expressly displayed and explained during checkout.
Customers should not send payment directly to an individual, personal account, unrelated email address, or third-party account claiming to represent Zorelie.
```

2. Secure Checkout and Payment Processing

```
Payments are submitted through the checkout system available on Zorelie.co and may be processed by independent payment service providers, financial institutions, card networks, digital wallet providers, or other authorized transaction processors.
Payment information may be collected and processed directly by these providers in accordance with their own privacy, security, and service terms.
Zorelie uses commercially reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect order and transaction information. However, no electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Customers are responsible for protecting their devices, payment accounts, passwords, verification codes, and account access credentials.
Additional information about the collection and use of personal information is available in the Privacy Policy.
```

3. Currency and Displayed Prices

```
Product prices and order totals are charged in the currency displayed during checkout.
Customers should review the selected currency, product subtotal, discounts, shipping cost, applicable taxes, and final order total before submitting payment.
The final amount displayed immediately before order submission is the amount Zorelie will request from the selected payment method, subject to any later adjustment authorized by the customer or required to correct a documented transaction error.
If a customer uses a payment account denominated in another currency, the customer’s bank or payment provider may apply:
  • Currency conversion rates;
  • Foreign transaction fees;
  • Cross-border transaction fees;
  • Other provider-imposed charges.
These conversion rates and external fees are determined by the customer’s financial institution or payment provider, not by Zorelie. Questions about those charges should be directed to the applicable provider.
```

4. Pricing Accuracy

```
Zorelie makes reasonable efforts to display accurate product prices, discounts, descriptions, and order totals.
Despite these efforts, technical, typographical, synchronization, or configuration errors may occasionally occur.
If a material pricing error is discovered before an order is fulfilled, Zorelie may:
  • Contact the customer and request confirmation at the correct price;
  • Cancel the affected product or order;
  • Issue a refund for any successfully collected amount associated with the canceled item.
Zorelie will not charge a higher corrected price without the customer’s authorization.
A clearly erroneous price does not obligate Zorelie to fulfill an order at that price when the error is identified before fulfillment and the customer is promptly informed.
```

5. Sales Tax and Additional Charges

```
Applicable sales tax may be calculated and added during checkout based on factors such as the delivery address, product type, transaction details, and applicable tax requirements.
The final tax amount, when applicable, will be shown before the customer submits the order.
Zorelie currently offers free standard shipping on eligible orders delivered within the United States, as described in the Shipping Policy.
Optional expedited shipping, premium delivery, special handling, or another paid service will be charged only when:
  • The option is available for the order;
  • The price is disclosed during checkout;
  • The customer voluntarily selects or accepts the service.
Zorelie does not add undisclosed mandatory charges after an order has been submitted.
```

6. Payment Authorization and Capture

```
When an order is submitted, the payment provider may request authorization from the customer’s bank or payment account.
Authorization confirms that the selected payment method appears valid and that sufficient funds or credit may be available. An authorization does not necessarily mean that the transaction has been finally settled.
Depending on the payment method and processor, payment may be:
  • Authorized when the order is submitted;
  • Captured immediately after authorization;
  • Captured when the order enters fulfillment;
  • Captured according to the payment provider’s processing schedule.
The customer authorizes Zorelie and its payment providers to submit the transaction for the final order total displayed and accepted during checkout.
Zorelie will not intentionally charge more than the authorized order total without a lawful basis and, when required, the customer’s additional consent.
```

7. Payment Confirmation and Order Acceptance

```
Receiving an automated order confirmation does not necessarily mean that an order has been finally accepted, fulfilled, or shipped.
Orders may remain subject to:
  • Successful payment authorization;
  • Fraud-prevention screening;
  • Inventory confirmation;
  • Address verification;
  • Product and shipping eligibility;
  • Review of suspected technical or pricing errors.
Zorelie may decline or cancel an order before fulfillment when:
  • Payment cannot be authorized;
  • The order appears unauthorized or fraudulent;
  • Required verification cannot be completed;
  • The product is unavailable;
  • The delivery destination cannot be serviced;
  • A material pricing or technical error has occurred;
  • The order violates Zorelie’s policies or applicable law.
If Zorelie cancels an order after payment has been successfully collected, Zorelie will submit a refund for the canceled amount to the original payment method.
```

8. Pending Authorizations and Duplicate Charges

```
Pending Authorizations
A pending authorization may temporarily appear on a customer’s payment account even when an order was not completed or was later canceled.
Pending authorizations are not always completed charges. The customer’s bank or payment provider determines when an unused authorization is released.
Zorelie cannot directly remove a pending authorization from a customer’s bank account. Customers should contact their financial institution for information about its authorization-release timeframe.
Possible Duplicate Charges
If two completed charges appear for the same order, contact support@zorelie.co and provide:
  • The Zorelie order number;
  • The transaction date;
  • The amount of each charge;
  • A screenshot or statement showing the charges, with unrelated sensitive information concealed.
Zorelie will review the transaction records and, when a duplicate completed charge is confirmed, submit a refund for the duplicate amount.
Customers should confirm whether one entry is still pending before reporting a duplicate completed charge.
```

9. Declined, Failed, or Incomplete Payments

```
A transaction may be declined or fail for reasons determined by the customer’s bank, payment provider, checkout system, or fraud-prevention controls.
Possible reasons include:
  • Incorrect payment information;
  • An incorrect billing address or postal code;
  • Insufficient funds or available credit;
  • An expired or restricted payment method;
  • A provider-imposed transaction limit;
  • A failed identity or security verification;
  • A temporary payment-network or technical issue;
  • A transaction blocked by the customer’s financial institution.
Zorelie may not receive detailed information explaining why a payment provider declined a transaction.
Customers may need to:
  • Confirm their billing details;
  • Contact their bank or payment provider;
  • Use another payment method displayed at checkout;
  • Wait before attempting the transaction again when a temporary error has occurred.
An order is not considered successfully paid merely because the customer attempted to submit payment.
```

10. Fraud Prevention and Payment Verification

```
Zorelie may use automated and manual review processes intended to detect unauthorized transactions, identity misuse, payment fraud, unusual order activity, and other security risks.
Zorelie may request reasonable verification information before processing an order, including confirmation of:
  • The purchaser’s identity;
  • The billing or shipping address;
  • The email address or telephone number associated with the order;
  • The customer’s authorization to use the selected payment method;
  • Other transaction details needed to review the order.
Customers should not send a full payment card number, security code, account password, or one-time authentication code by ordinary email.
Zorelie may delay, decline, or cancel an order when required verification cannot be completed or when the transaction presents a reasonable fraud or security concern.
Fraud-prevention reviews may increase order processing time. Shipping timeframes are explained in the Shipping Policy.
```

11. Billing Information

```
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and current billing information during checkout.
Billing information should match the information associated with the selected payment method whenever required by the payment provider.
Incorrect or incomplete billing information may result in:
  • A declined transaction;
  • A request for additional verification;
  • Delayed order processing;
  • Order cancellation.
Updating a shipping address does not automatically update the billing address associated with the payment method.
```

12. Promotional Codes and Discounts

```
Promotional codes, automatic discounts, and special offers are subject to the terms displayed with the applicable promotion.
Unless otherwise stated:
  • A promotional code must be entered before the order is submitted;
  • Only one code may apply to an order;
  • Promotions cannot be redeemed for cash;
  • Promotions may apply only to eligible products or order values;
  • Expired promotions cannot be applied;
  • Discounts may not be added retroactively after an order has entered processing.
The discounted price and final order total will be displayed during checkout before payment is submitted.
Zorelie may cancel or correct a promotion that was published because of a technical or configuration error. Zorelie will not replace a displayed discount with a higher order total after checkout without informing the customer and obtaining any required authorization.
```

13. Gift Cards and Store Credit

```
If Zorelie offers gift cards or store credit, their availability, expiration terms, usage restrictions, and remaining balance rules will be disclosed with the applicable offer or account balance.
Gift cards and store credit:
  • May be used only through the channels identified by Zorelie;
  • May not be redeemable for cash except where required by law;
  • May not be replaceable if lost, stolen, or used without authorization;
  • May be subject to additional terms disclosed before purchase or issuance.
Refunds for orders paid with store credit or a gift card may be returned to the same form of payment where technically available.
```

14. Installment and Buy-Now-Pay-Later Services

```
If an installment, financing, or buy-now-pay-later option is displayed during checkout, that service is provided by an independent payment provider and may be subject to:
  • Eligibility requirements;
  • Identity or credit review;
  • A separate agreement with the provider;
  • Payment schedules;
  • Interest, late fees, or other provider charges;
  • The provider’s privacy and dispute procedures.
Zorelie does not determine whether a customer is approved for a third-party installment service.
Customers should review the provider’s full terms before selecting an installment option.
A refund issued by Zorelie does not necessarily cancel all obligations immediately under a separate installment agreement. The installment provider may need additional processing time to update the customer’s payment schedule or balance.
```

15. Recurring Payments and Subscriptions

```
Zorelie will not enroll a customer in a recurring payment or subscription solely because the customer purchases a standard one-time product.
If Zorelie offers a subscription or recurring service, the following information will be clearly disclosed before enrollment:
  • The recurring price;
  • The billing frequency;
  • The products or services included;
  • Any introductory or trial period;
  • How to cancel or modify the subscription;
  • When the next charge will occur.
A recurring payment will be initiated only when the customer affirmatively selects and accepts the applicable subscription terms.
```

16. Refunds

```
Refund eligibility is governed by the Return & Refund Policy and, where applicable, the Warranty Policy.
Approved refunds are generally submitted to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
After a refund is submitted, the customer’s bank, card issuer, payment processor, digital wallet provider, or installment provider may require additional time to post or allocate the refund.
Zorelie does not control the processing times of external financial institutions.
Refunds are normally issued:
  • To the original payment method;
  • In the original transaction currency;
  • For the amount approved under the applicable policy.
Zorelie does not generally issue a refund to an unrelated payment account, another person’s card, or a different customer-selected account.
If the original payment method is no longer active, the customer should first contact the applicable financial institution. Zorelie may request additional information to determine whether another lawful refund method is available.
```

17. Partial Refunds and Adjustments

```
An approved refund may be less than the original order total when:
  • Only part of an order is returned or canceled;
  • A bundle discount must be recalculated based on products retained by the customer;
  • An optional non-refundable service has already been provided;
  • A promotional item is not returned when its return is required;
  • A documented deduction is permitted under the Return & Refund Policy;
  • The customer and Zorelie agree to a partial resolution.
Zorelie will explain any material refund adjustment before or when the refund is finalized.
```

18. Reporting a Billing Error

```
Customers who believe they were charged an incorrect amount should contact Zorelie promptly at support@zorelie.co.
Please include:
  • The Zorelie order number;
  • The email address used during checkout;
  • The transaction date;
  • The amount in question;
  • A description of the suspected error;
  • Supporting documentation with unrelated sensitive financial information concealed.
Do not email full card numbers, bank account passwords, security codes, or authentication codes.
Zorelie will review available order and transaction records and may ask the applicable payment provider for additional information.
```

19. Suspected Unauthorized Transactions

```
If a customer believes their payment method was used without authorization, they should:
  1. Contact their bank or payment provider promptly;
  2. Secure the affected account or payment method;
  3. Contact Zorelie with any available order or transaction information;
  4. Avoid sharing passwords, verification codes, or full payment credentials by email.
Zorelie may cooperate with payment providers and lawful investigations by supplying relevant transaction, order, communication, shipping, and delivery information in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
```

20. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

```
Customers are encouraged to contact Zorelie before submitting a payment dispute so that our customer support team has an opportunity to review the issue.
Contacting Zorelie does not prevent a customer from exercising any lawful right to dispute a transaction with their payment provider.
A chargeback or payment dispute does not automatically:
  • Cancel an order;
  • Establish return or refund eligibility;
  • Replace the return authorization process;
  • Permit a customer to retain both the product and the refunded purchase amount.
When a dispute is active, Zorelie may be required to follow the payment provider’s formal dispute process before issuing a separate refund.
Zorelie may provide relevant evidence to the payment provider, including:
  • Order confirmations;
  • Checkout and payment records;
  • Customer correspondence;
  • Shipping and tracking information;
  • Delivery confirmation;
  • Applicable policy terms;
  • Return or refund records.
Zorelie reserves the right to challenge a payment dispute when transaction records reasonably indicate that the order was authorized, fulfilled, delivered, or otherwise handled in accordance with the applicable policies.
```

21. Order Cancellations and Payment Reversals

```
Customers may request cancellation by contacting support@zorelie.co as soon as possible after placing an order.
Cancellation is not guaranteed after an order has entered processing, received a shipping label, or been transferred to a carrier.
If a cancellation is approved before shipment:
  • An uncaptured authorization may be released or allowed to expire;
  • A captured payment will be submitted for refund;
  • The customer’s financial institution may require additional processing time.
If the order has already shipped, the customer may need to wait for delivery and follow the Return & Refund Policy.
```

22. Customer Payment Responsibilities

```
By submitting an order, the customer confirms that:
  • The payment and billing information provided is accurate;
  • The customer is authorized to use the selected payment method;
  • The customer has reviewed the final order total;
  • The customer has reviewed the applicable shipping and return terms;
  • The transaction is not being submitted for an unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
Customers are responsible for reviewing their order confirmation and notifying Zorelie promptly if the order, billing, or contact information appears incorrect.
```

23. Third-Party Payment Provider Terms

```
Payment methods offered through independent providers may be subject to separate provider agreements, privacy notices, security procedures, eligibility requirements, and dispute rules.
Zorelie is not responsible for:
  • A provider’s approval or denial decision;
  • Currency conversion rates set by a provider;
  • Provider-imposed interest or late fees;
  • Account restrictions imposed by a bank or wallet provider;
  • Provider system outages or processing delays;
  • Unauthorized activity caused by a compromise of the customer’s external payment account.
Nothing in this section limits Zorelie’s responsibility to accurately submit, refund, or correct transactions within its reasonable control.
```

25. Changes to This Payment Policy

```
Zorelie may update this Payment Policy to reflect changes in payment providers, checkout functionality, fraud-prevention practices, business operations, or legal requirements.
A material change will not be used to retroactively increase the authorized price of a completed order.
The “Last updated” date at the top of this page identifies the most recent revision.
