  • Once we receive your returned item, we will process your return and issue a refund.
  • Please note: The refunded amount will be available on your original payment method within 3 business days.

Late or missing refunds: If a refund has not appeared, first check your bank or card account, then contact your card issuer; posting times can vary. If the funds still do not show, email support@zorelie.co so we can investigate.

Order cancellation: You may cancel an order within 12 hours of purchase by emailing support@zorelie.co. After 12 hours - or once a tracking number is issued - orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
