Refund Policy

If you experience a problem with your product, email support@zorelie.co within 15 days of delivery. Please include your order number, the email address used to purchase, and clear photos or a short video of the defect, poor finish, or any detail that differs from what was advertised. After reviewing your claim, we will either replace the item or issue a refund—no return shipment required.

Because Zorelie wearables are custom‑built, refunds are issued only when a product is defective, print or finish quality is unsatisfactory, or the item differs materially from our website description. Information from each claim helps us prevent future errors.

If you choose a refund instead of a replacement, we will credit the amount (product price only—shipping fees and taxes excluded) to your original payment method within three business days.

Late or missing refunds: If a refund has not appeared, first check your bank or card account, then contact your card issuer; posting times can vary. If the funds still do not show, email support@zorelie.co so we can investigate.

Order cancellation: You may cancel an order within 12 hours of purchase by emailing support@zorelie.co. After 12 hours—or once a tracking number is issued—orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
